Thank you for shopping with NailVesta! Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
NailVesta currently ships to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
2. Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not currently offer other carriers.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Options & Rates
At checkout, you may choose between the following USPS shipping options:

Please note: Priority Mail shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, including in cases of order cancellation, return, or exchange. Estimated delivery times reflect USPS transit time only and do not include order processing time.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package via the USPS website or through our site's order tracking page.
- If tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Shipping Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street number, street name, apartment/suite number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
- NailVesta is not responsible for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment in such cases will require the customer to cover any additional shipping costs.
- Once an order enters processing, we are unable to modify the shipping address, so please double-check your information before placing your order.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- If USPS tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim with USPS.
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit (per USPS tracking), please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, along with your order number and a description of the issue (photos appreciated), so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- NailVesta will do our best to assist with delays caused by extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we are not liable for compensation in such cases.
8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
- Items in the same order are typically packed and shipped together. If a split shipment is required due to inventory availability, we'll notify you in advance at no additional shipping cost.
