- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging
- (Photos are appreciated—they help us speed things up!)

We’ll get back to you within 1 business day and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Your nails should feel like they were made for you. If the fit’s not quite right, we’ll help you exchange them.

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED:
- The nails must be unused
- Keep the full set, including the toolkit
- Must be in the original packaging
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order

We’ll guide you through the exchange process with zero hassle.

WANT TO RETURN?

We get it—sometimes it’s just not a match. You can return your order within 15 days of delivery.

TO BE ELIGIBLE:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Complete packaging is included
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided

HOW IT WORKS:

4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund you
